Getting Started

1 – Sign up

Create a FREE account on veriPAYE. This will be the main “Account Owner” on veriPAYE and you’ll need to verify your email address and we’ll then manually check your identity.

Due to the high security requirements and confidential information you’ll have access to, you’ll need to be authorised to e-sign our terms and conditions agreements and contracts on behalf of your company.

2 – Make sure your umbrella providers have signed up too

The umbrellas paying your workers must also be using the veriPAYE platform – so have them sign-up ASAP, or let us know who they are and we’ll contact them.

3 – Select a Licence Level

Select the package you need – we offer special packages for REC, TEAM and APSCo members. You can choose to make your monthly payments via credit/debit card or, preferably, BACS Direct Debit

For larger compliance teams or firms with multiple locations you may need more, if so, contact us for enterprise sales.

You’ll be able to add your own sub-accounts (users). They must work for your company and their email addresses must be from the same domain as the Account Owner email address.
